  • Acted on behalf of a domestic financial institution to participate in the bankruptcy proceedings of Swiber, an offshore engineering company listed in Singapore, and handled the default and restructuring arrangements of two offshore drilling platform sale and leaseback financing projects;
  • Acted on behalf of a domestic financial institution to deal with the risk management of overseas financing projects caused by the bankruptcy of Reliance (India), and coordinated the risk management of cross-border financing projects in India and other countries by Indian lawyers;
  • Acted on behalf of a domestic financial institution to deal with the risk management of overseas financing projects caused by the bankruptcy of South Africa's CELL-C, coordinated South African lawyers to participate in local bankruptcy procedures, and pursued recovery;
  • Served as a mediator in the financial loan contract dispute between a bank branch in Shanghai and a papermaking enterprise in Shandong, assisted the debtor to change from bankruptcy liquidation to bankruptcy reorganization, and helped the enterprise to be reborn;
  • Acting for a group enterprise in Wuhan to provide legal services for risk mitigation and liability isolation of its investment projects in Hong Kong and BVI;

Dispute Resolution
  • The Hong Kong sales company of a domestic petrochemical enterprise handled the arbitration case of rubber purchase contract between the buyer and the seller in Singapore.
  • Acted for an international company in Anhui province to handle 2 MTO arbitration cases between the seller and the Indonesian buyer concerning the sales contract of 550HP drilling rig and 750 drilling rig;
  • Acted for an international company in Anhui to coordinate with Indonesian lawyers to apply for recognition and enforcement of the arbitration award of the International Commercial Arbitration Commission in Indonesia;
  • To represent a Taiwan group company and its mainland investment companies in dealing with a series of disputes between them and the local government and urban investment companies;
  • Acting for an OEM enterprise in Taiwan to deal with the international contract dispute caused by the quality problem of battery cells;
  • Acting for a financial company in Hong Kong to file a lawsuit in Beijing No.4 Intermediate People's Court (applicable to Hong Kong law) concerning an overseas loan contract;
  • The Japanese Itochu Corporation applied to the Beijing Third Intermediate People's Court for enforcement of the arbitration award of the China International Arbitration Commission;
  • Acted on behalf of a Canadian citizen to handle the second instance and execution cases of equity transfer contract disputes involving land use rights, and successfully recovered about RMB 240 million;
  • To handle on behalf of an investment company in Hong Kong the judicial procedures for resolving disputes over expressway franchise contracts and related expressway toll rights, and to confirm the validity of arbitration clauses;
Shipping and Finance
  • Acted on behalf of a domestic financial institution to participate in the bankruptcy proceedings of Swiber, an offshore engineering company listed in Singapore, and handled the default and restructuring arrangements of two offshore drilling platform sale and leaseback financing projects;
  • As the lead lawyer of a financial institution, I coordinated lawyers from the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Singapore, Russia and Liberia to issue legal opinions on nearly ten ship finance leasing projects;
  • To represent the shipowner of Singapore in due diligence for a petrochemical project in Zhejiang province and provide legal advice for its acquisition of ethane carriers;
  • Acted on behalf of an automobile import company in China to deal with the port backlog of more than 5,000 parallel imported BMW cars, assisted customers to apply for maritime compulsory orders and handle import verification procedures;
  • To coordinate with British barristers to issue legal opinions on the final legal voyage involved in the dispute between a shipbuilding company in Tangshan and an overseas shipowner, so as to deal with the claims of the overseas shipowner;
  • Acted on behalf of a domestic company investing in a mining company in Australia to deal with 5300 tons of copper concentrate stranded in the port, and assisted customers to deal with overseas creditors' claims;

  • Acting on behalf of a domestic steel trading company in the arbitration of an LMAA lease contract brought by a Greek shipowner and in the 1782 evidence procedure and RuleB seizure order proceedings brought in the United States to achieve the purpose of such arbitration;
  • Provide shipbuilding contract review service for two fuel vessels for a shipping company in Guangdong;
  • Represented a domestic financial institution to issue legal due diligence opinions on the export of two VLGC vessels from Jiangnan Shipyard to Belgium;
  • Acting for a central enterprise in providing legal services to the ocean transportation and transshipment contracts of its investment in the Guinea aluminum project;
  • The agent shipowner may bring or respond to a series of port cargo, maritime cargo cloud contract disputes.
